Things are super awesome in the mission right now. We just got a huge baptismal fest in the ward. This guys named Antioni got baptized and I can’t believe how much he has changed, he is super awesome. He’s got a ton of friends in the church so he feels great. The other elders in our district baptized these other two kids and I got to do their baptismal interview which was a cool experience. This week I got to do divisions with the Zone Leaders and I went with Elder Sultan and he is super cool. We had a great day together. During the week I also got to do divisions with Elder Franco. Elder Franco will finish his mission this week, so I was probably his last divisions comp. He is a great guy, he lives in Puebla Mexico, which is were Joel is serving, so who knows if they meet up! Elder Bullock and I are still doing great. He is learning Spanish pretty quick and he seems to be loving the mission so were having a great time. The weather has been starting to heat up pretty bad I’m starting to get burnt a little and its pretty hard to sleep at night, but its way better than the cold at least. I’m pretty pumped for this week, we got zone conference and we will be doing it with the zone of Moreno so I’ll be meeting up with Elder Ruiz again on Wednesday!! he is super cool one of the best comps next to Elder Wihongi and Elder Bullock! I hope all is well for you guys back home. I can’t wait to skype in like 3 weeks!!! have a great week!!!

Hey, I hope all has been going great back home. Things here are pretty great. On Monday last week my trainer went home, Elder Udall which is crazy to think about, because he had the same time I have when I got to the mission and now I have a brand new missionary. On Tuesday I got my new companion Elder Bullock! He is a pretty cool guy from South Jordan Utah. So far we get along great. Its always fun being the trainer cause you get to teach them the culture and it makes me remember when I started and just how confused I was. Elder Bullock though is learning pretty fast. He already has great Spanish and he has been able to participate a lot in the lessons. Something pretty funny happened though. In one lesson he wanted to share Ether 12:27 to someone who was struggling with an addiction, but he ended sharing Ether 2:17 which is totally different. Like it just talks about the barges being tight like unto a dish hahahahaha, so the guy was pretty confused but in the end we kinda saved it hahah.  I’m proud of Elder Bullock though he can bare a really strong testimony. This week we should be getting another baptism. This time it will be Nico, he is the only non member in his family still, so it will be  a great week. I’m happy to hear ever one in the fam is all doing good. I love yall a ton and I hope you have a great week.

Nov 6, 2017

Ok, we just got back from a zone conference which was pretty interesting because last night the zone leaders called and asked me if I would give the workshop for the zone conference and they said I could pick which ever topic I wanted. So last night I had to quickly plan a little lesson and practices for the zone, but I think it actually went pretty well. Right now we all are at this one place writing our families together and looking at the new changes for this transfer!  I’ll be training and a district leader at the same time for the next while. I still don’t actually know who my new companion is, but I’ll find out tomorrow in the night. I’m supper excited for this coming transfer. I think Elder Ruiz and I taught the best lesson of our lives!  The other day we found a family of 6 and they just wouldn’t let us leave, it was just like they wanted to hear more and more. For the dad he got me to mark five different parts in his Book of Mormon that would respond to his questions. The craziest thing is they were all Catholics and not very interested. But the exact moment when we explained the restoration and all about Joseph Smith, you could just see in their faces all the connections they were making in their minds on just how they need to get baptized. I really began to realize how powerful and precious the restoration and the Book of Mormon are!! What Elder Nelson said during his general conference talk made me do some deep reflection and I’m glad to say that I would never trade the Book of Mormon or knowledge of the restoration for anything not even for rubies or diamonds. I love this gospel some much and I thank those who have helped me walk the gospel path. I love you
